Shifting Canola Seeds emulate the moving sand and tide, revealing shells and sea
horse beneath the glass. The rolling marble marks the passing of the sun across the
the horizon.

Construction Information
(9 x 7.5 x 4")
Interior:
Yellow acrylic painted Balsa wood
framework supports interior Glass, Marble,
Canola Seeds, Fossilized Shells. Interior walls
were created from photographs and
manipulated in Photoshop, painted and
varnished.
Metal Ship Medallion.
Exterior:
3/4’ Clear Pine box stained and varnished.
7/8” Maple frame and glass secured by eight
brass screws.
Rear panel 1/4” Fir Plywood stained
and varnished.
